The case law of the Unified Patent Court – operational since 1 June 2023 – and the applicable regulations are available in English at IP-PortTal (ippt.eu) under a separate page and menu UPC.
UPC case law will be published in the specific IPPT-format. They are published by date of the decision under “Unified Patent Court – cases”. These cases are also published at the pages of the relevant provisions of the UPC Agreement (UPCA) or the Rules of Procedure (RoP) can be found, such as artikel 62 UPC Agreement (Provisional measures) or Rule 9 van de Rules of Procedure (Powers of the Court).
Any submissions of orders and decisions are appreciated ([email protected]) and will generally be published with appropriate “thanks to” credits.
