Rule 24

(1) The Office shall issue to the proprietor of the trade mark a certificate of registration which shall contain the entries in the Register provided for in  Article 87(2) of the Regulation and a statement to the effect that those entries have been recorded in the Register.

(2) The Office shall provide certified or uncertified copies of the certificate of registration, upon payment of a fee.
