Rule 47

Where the application for conversion complies with the requirements of the Regulation and these Rules, the Office shall transmit the application for conversion and the data referred to in Article 87(2) of the Regulation, to the central industrial property offices of the Member States, including the Benelux Trade Mark Office, for which the application has been found admissible. The Office shall inform the applicant of the date of transmission.
